How to Associate a Parent and Child Company in HubSpot

Navigate to Companies in HubSpot.
Select the company you want to set as a parent or child company.
Click on the company name to open its details.
On the left-hand side, locate the section where you can associate one object with another.
Click 'Add Association' and select 'Company' as the object type.
You have two options: manually create a company if it does not exist in the database, or search for an existing company in the database and select it.
Click Next to proceed.
Click 'Add Association Label' and choose the appropriate label: Child Company (if the selected company is a child) or Parent Company (if the selected company is a parent). You will also get an overview of the association.
(Optional) Select an additional single label to specify if the company is a Brand or a Division.
Click Save to confirm.

Viewing Associations

Once saved, you will see the associations listed on the left side of the company record.
Clicking on the parent company will show all child companies associated with it, along with their labels.

Using Filters to Identify Parent and Child Companies

Navigate to Companies in HubSpot.
Click on Advanced Filters.
Search for and apply the following property filters: Number of Child Companies is greater than or equal to 1 → Displays all parent companies. Parent Company is Known → Displays all child companies.
