Welcome to the Product Docs
ExpoCentric Wiki
This guide walks you through how product documentation is structured, what each field means, and how to find what you need. Use the arrows or keyboard to navigate.
Product Types
Every product in the catalogue is one of three types. Knowing the type tells you how it's priced, how it's sold, and what components it includes.
A single product with one price and one set of components. What you see is what you get — no options to choose from.
A product with multiple variations — each variation has its own SKU, price, and component set. The customer chooses an option (e.g. Single-sided or Double-sided).
A curated set of products sold together as one. The bundle has a fixed list of items — each with their own SKU and quantity. Optional add-ons are not part of the core bundle.
Component Inclusions
Components are the individual items that make up a product. When a customer orders a product, the components are automatically included and their stock is adjusted.
-
1Each component line shows: Quantity × Component Name (SKU). For example: 1 × 3m-Wide Fabric Tube Display (EX-TMW-S-10FT-S)
-
2If the SKU is "NA", the component is for display purposes only — it doesn't deduct stock. Used for naming inclusions like "Fabric Print" that are part of the product itself.
-
3Variable products have components per variation — each option may include different items or quantities.
-
4Bundle products list the bundled products as "Bundle Contents" — these are complete products, not raw components.
Specifications
The Specifications tab contains the technical details of the product — dimensions, materials, weights, and package information. This is what you need when a client asks for product measurements or packaging specs.
-
1Frame Specifications — covers the physical structure: materials, actual dimensions, profile size, and foot dimensions.
-
2Package Specifications — covers how the product ships: package type, package dimensions, and weight (including bag and fabric prints).
-
3Graphic Specifications — covers the fabric print: material type, printing method, and closure type.
Product FAQ
Each product has a FAQ section with answers to the most common questions clients ask. Check here first before escalating to a PM or AM.
-
1FAQs are specific to each product — a question about setup time on a Trax display is different from a Corner Stand.
-
2Click any question to expand the answer. Questions cover setup, compatibility, care, replacement parts, and suitability.
-
3If a client asks something not covered in the FAQ, flag it so it can be added for future reference.
Downloads & Links
The Downloads & Links tab contains external resources for each product — artwork templates, setup manuals, how-it-works videos, and instruction guides.
-
1Artwork templates — downloadable files your client needs to prepare print-ready artwork. Always send the correct template for the specific product and size.
-
2Setup manuals — step-by-step PDF guides for assembling the product. Useful to send to clients who need to set up independently.
-
3How-it-works — videos or guides explaining the product's mechanism, ideal for new clients unfamiliar with the product type.
Stock & Pricing
Stock status and pricing in the wiki reflects the live site at the time of the last import. Always check the live site for real-time availability before confirming with a client.
Available for order. Component stock is tracked automatically on the live site.
Not currently available. Contact the PM team for lead times or alternatives.
Variable products show a price range — the lowest and highest variation price. The exact price depends on the option selected.
Finding Products
There are several ways to find a product in the wiki.
-
1Search by name or keyword using the search bar at the top of any page. Results include products, HubSpot guides, and procedures.
-
2Browse all products via the Products Guide archive — filter by department to narrow by category.
-
3Each product shows its SKU on the card — if you know the SKU, search for it directly.
-
4Use the chat assistant (bottom right) to ask a question in plain English — it will search the wiki and return relevant answers.
You're all set!
